These clients downsized from a 2-bedroom to an unrenovated studio. They love hosting friends, sports and the beach.

The brief was for a warm, welcoming space with an open layout for cooking and entertaining. The living area had to include media equipment for game nights and space for conversation.

The newly-created bedroom needed to be spacious and serene, with plenty of closet space, and the bathroom required ample storage for 2 in a spa-like setting.

By reconfiguring the layout and creative use of space, we achieved all this and more – a cook’s dining kitchen with display areas; complete bar with wine cooler and icemaker; walk-in pantry and utility; home office armoire; fitted custom wardrobes and a luxurious bath with pewter seashell accent tiles to remind them of the ocean they love….
