The client's brief for this tiny studio was simply, "I want everything!"

We renovated this 10' x 17' space from its original 1928 condition to provide:

-dedicated entry area

-living & sleeping space

-a chic dining kitchen disguised as a bar

-multi-purpose storage furniture

-AND a complete custom home office!

A luxury spa bathroom and custom fitted closet with hidden cleaning storage completed the transformation, and we even gave the doggy her own custom bed!
